FerraPod® is a Swedish-made modular grid system that adapts to every environment — it can be installed around, over or through existing infrastructure without affecting operation or airflows. The system is certified according to SS-EN 1627 RC 4, which corresponds to Swedish protection class 3. Installation is carried out completely without hot works and the structure can be easily adjusted, dismantled or rebuilt according to the needs of the business.

Total test duration: 30 minutes, of which 10 minutes are effective attack time. The intruder is prepared to take greater risks and invest more time.

The highest burglary protection class for roller shutters and grilles, according to the Swedish Theft Prevention Association (SSF).

In addition to resistance class 4, the grid system also creates attachment points and the ability to mount brackets for shelves, workbenches, etc. More and more organizations fall within the legal requirements for physical security. Designing to Assembly
How we work together with the customer to develop a sustainable and long-term solution. The delivery time on a project without deviations is about 6-8 weeks from the approved footprint.

Site Visits & Planning
We make a site visit in order to get an idea and create a picture of how the perimeter protection should be adapted in consultation with the customer. We also measure and determine which parts of the existing infrastructure should be integrated or enclosed.

CAD - Computer Aided Design
We develop a CAD model and provide proofs of the design and footprint. Each component in the system has a specific code that can be identified on a 3D drawing. The installation team is equipped with an iPad containing a time-limited drawing; once the installation is complete, the drawing is removed to ensure control over information dissemination.

Planning & Assembly
All installations of FerraPod are carried out in accordance with the customer's wishes and requirements specification. Together, we agree on the times and conditions under which the assembly team will work to minimize the impact on regular operations.

Inspection & Handover
Before handing over, the cage is inspected according to protocol and then handed over with installation certificate, certification and final invoice. We never hand over a project everyone is 100% satisfied.
Briefly about us
The watchword for our business is security, security of the highest degree. The idea for FerraPod was born in a collaboration between customer and supplier: Stack EMEA (data center), which has the highest security focus, was looking for a supplier that could guarantee a product in Swedish Protection Class 3 without hot work to avoid operational disruptions.
